Any transport damage must be reported to info@jailmail.se on the day of arrival of the delivery. It is important that you keep all the packaging and photograph the damage. Without packaging, you lose the opportunity to get an equivalent product for shipping damage.
You have full right of return and exchange within 30 days. Please attach the receipt/delivery note (which will be sent to your email address) and state the reason for the return. Return shipment may not be sent against cash on delivery. You are responsible for return shipping and additional costs. We do not refund the customer cash, but instead offer another equivalent product.
