When you order from us, you will receive the DIGITAL product after we have confirmed your payment. You then download the zip file and open your file. In the folder that opens up, there are PDF files of the ordered product, ready for you to print. Our PDF-files are in CMYK-color, that is preferred for use on printed materials it helps achieve a true color. You are thus buying a DIGITAL item and NOT a physical product. PLEASE NOTE that NO refunds are offered after you have downloaded your ordered file. On our website we try to show our products as clearly as possible, the digital colors you see on the computer may also differ from the colors on your printout.
